| So...it
has been a while since I gave everyone an update about life...my
life! I finished my first senior year last spring, went on choir
tour and came back to CBU to start working! At first when i
started my job it was less than exciting...but thats okay! Then
as the first week went by and i started working with different groups,
I realized that I had a job that for me was fun and stressful and still
fun! All summer long i was at work almost all of the time and
then after a work day was finally over, we would all say to each other,
"what should we do now?". Most of the time, a great game called,
NERTS was played in the evening and we would all just hang out!
The
sunday before my birthday, my best friend surprised me and came to
visit with her husband! We had so much fun! We wnt to
corona del mar and hung out! GOOD TIMES!
Adam and
Deb cam down in July for a weekend, we went to pick up stixs and saw
the devil wears prada and just had fun catching up! Then we went
and drove around and sang songs with the radio blasting! It was
way too short of a time and I wish we had, had more time!
July and
the beginning of august were full of long days and fun days, crazy
clients and just lots of time to hang out on campus of course! As
soon as the last group left, I was ready for a week off! So...I
went home! What was i thinking?
I all
actuallity, my week at home was pretty cool! I got to spend time
with my best friend! We hung out at her apartment and went to
lunch and went shopping(she loves to shop...I dont...LOL). I
spent lots of time with my family....my brother was wonderful and so
generous when I was home! He did whatever he could to pay for
dinner and just treat me so wonderfully! The day before i left, I
went to coffee with adam and deb...they are trying to convince me to
move to portland when I graduate...which is in just about nine
months! YAY!
We will see what happens!
I got
back monday morning and went to work right away! It was way too
much fun! I have the greatest ASCBU EC and I am excited about
what God is going to do this year!

| Sometimes you cant worry about what everyone else thinks! You must remember that you are first accountable to God and everyone else can stand in line!
Dont be afraid of what God is going to put in front of you! Remember that He gives you a chance and you have to take that chance! Embrace it! Remember that that is half the battle! |

| Remember where you came from!
Visit often...but dont stay! You dont want to miss out on the
great plans that God has for you!
So today I was thinking about where i will be in twenty years.
What will I be doing? I nver thought I would ever have the
confidence to lead a large group of people and have that resting in my
hands...
I thought I would lead a simple life with simple plans...
Obviously not! So what is in store? How is god going to use me to change the lives of others and why am I afraid of that?
Just a thought!
Fear is choice that I make... I have no reason to be afraid of anything!
